“The love of my life the mother to my beautiful Leo and Freddie, I love you so much.”
And he added: “This isn’t a drill it’s actually happening.”
Jake and Sophie have an adorable five-month-old son Leo.
Jake is also a doting stepfather to Sophie’s seven-year-old son Freddie from a previous relationship.
Sophie wrote: “I said YES to the love of my life and my future husband.
“I couldn’t have asked for a better step dad for Freddie and father for baby Leo. Thank you for making this holiday so special! I love you forever.”
The 32-year-old says having Leo has changed his life and filled a void after he lost his own father and brother to cancer.
On Friday he shared a photo of himself joyfully lifting Leo as he penned about his love for his family while hitting back at trolls.
“My heart is so full right now…. I love my family, I love the relationship we have, we laugh and joke and take the p*** out of each other,” he wrote.
