Manchester City target Harry Kane ‘hasn’t ruled out’ signing a new Tottenham contract.
That is according to football.london who claim there has been noise emerging from Kane’s camp that suggests he could eventually sign a new deal in the capital, but it’s said that would be a dramatic change of heart from the player’s current desire to leave.
The Blues have been regularly linked with a transfer for Kane this summer after the three-time Premier League Golden Boot winner publicly admitted he was open to leaving Spurs to pursue silverware – Kane is yet to win a major honour across his career.
Pep Guardiola is a known admirer of the English centre-forward and City need a striker after Sergio Aguero’s departure, but Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy is known to be a tricky negotiator and that could mean Kane remains at the club.

In more transfer news, The Athletic report both City and Benardo Silva will work together to sort his departure from the Etihad after the £100m arrival of Jack Grealish from Aston Villa – Guardiola has stated ‘three of four players’ could leave City this summer.
Former City coach Mikel Arteta’s side Arsenal have been linked with a move for Bernardo while Atletico Madrid and Barcelona have also reportedly shown interest, although the latter seems an unlikely destination considering their recent financial struggles
